3. Slow delivery - 23%.
4. Site doesn't trust me with my credit card - 25%.
5. Checkout too long or complicated - 22%.
6. Total cost not visible upfront - 21%.

Notice that 4 of the top 6 are perception problems, not product problems. That's exactly what an announcement bar can fix.
